Day 1: Welcome to Florence
Walking tour of Florence
Today you will explore Florence, visiting the most important sites, such as the Duomo, Baptistry and the Giotto’s Bell Tower, as well as its political center, Piazza Della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio. Our guide will take you through all the sites towards the Ponte Vecchio, the most famous bridge on the Arno River lined with artisenal jewelers.
Day 2: Acedemy Gallery featuring David
Florence sights and history
The resilience of man and structure through time as we walk the streets of Florence. The past is as present today as it was then, from the Romans to the Middle Ages, the Renaissance to the present.
The original David must be seen at the Accademia Gallery! The David is a stunning display of engineering, anatomy, and Michelangelo’s vision in transforming an imperfect marble into an exquisite illusion of perfection.
On this tour, You will witness the extraordinary creation of this monumental sculpture, as well as its political and cultural significance for the city of Florence and its people.
Day 3: Uffizi Gallery

Florence is a city with thousands of years of deep history, The Galleria degli Uffizi houses an impressive collection of Italian paintings dating from the late 12th century to the early 18th century, it has 90 museum rooms with world’s most important famous masterpieces by Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Giotto, Caravaggio and Botticelli, and numerous flemish paintings.

Day 5: Welcome to Lucca

After breakfast, you will be driven to your next destination from Florence to Lucca.
The medieval city is known for its well-preserved Renaissance-era city walls, which have been transformed into a walking promenade. The city’s foundation dates back to Etruscan and Ancient Roman times, and the architecture reflects the city’s vibrant history.
Explore the city with your knowledgeable guide on a three-hour guided afternoon tour. Finish the day with a glass of wine or prosecco at a nearby enoteca, or wine bar.
Day 6: Lucca at your leisure

Explore the city by participating in the following activities:
– Piazza San Giovanni, with a church from the 12th century
– The National Museum
– Museum of the Cathedral
– Tour the beautiful English-style landscaped gardens of the Parco della Villa Reale di Marlia, the home of Napoleon’s sister, Elisa Bonaparte.
– Rent a bike and explore the city and its surroundings.
– Ride your horse along the Serchio River’s bike paths.
– River Serchio stand up paddleboarding adventure.
Day 7: Tour of Pisa

Visit the Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa to see the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa (tickets included).
Tour the medieval walls of Pisa as well as the Cathedral to see the Romanesque masterpieces. Learn about its history and the engineering phenomenon that caused it to lean this way today.
The tour concludes with a visit to a typical Tuscan wine shop for a tasting of regional wines, followed by souvenir shopping and a stop at the local Gelateria for a cone of decadent gelato. Arrive in Florence in time for dinner.
Day 8: Pisa to Volterra

This part of the trip can be self-guided or we cam pair you up with a local tour guide to talk you through the historic importance of the sites and local traditions such as:

- Volterra Cathedral to see the marbled entrance and unique ceiling
- Roman Theater, an archaeological site of ancient ruins
- Artisanal shops showing off the cities famous alabaster production.

Day 11: welcome to Siena

After breakfast, drive to Siena, where you will check into your hotel.

It is one of Italy’s most popular tourist destinations and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Siena is well-known for its medieval architecture, museums, and the Palio, a popular horse race held twice a year in Piazza del Campo (the main square). Explore on your own before lunch, then embark on a two-hour guided tour. After that, stay in town for dinner and wine at a family-run restaurant.
Day 12: Chianti wine tasting
Explore Tuscany’s wine country
Travel along spectacular hillside roads lined with vineyards, olive groves, and cypress trees. Visit the cellars of two top-rated wineries in the world – famous Chianti Classico region and learn how wine is made using traditional methods.
Taste various wines, as well as olive oil and Tuscan specialties such as fresh cheeses and bruschetta.
Day 13: Goodbye Tuscany
