This was our second trip to the UK planned by Daniel Bradnam with Bellarome Travel. Everything from start to finish was amazing. We covered a lot of territory in a weeks time and it all went very smoothly. The communication, transportation, hotel accommodations and tour guides were excellent. Bellarome is an exceptional travel agency and I happily recommend.

We cannot recommend Bellarome Travel for providing us with the best holiday we could have ever asked for. Due to covid it was postponed for over two years and it was absolutely no bother at all in rearranging the dates a few times and keeping in contact with the team. Any unavoidable last minute changes to the detailed and incredibly planned itinerary were fantastic and always very well communicated. We were able to pay in separate payments which was also great for us. Alex went above and beyond with our trip where we went to Rome, Florence and Venice and we also did a day trip whilst in Florence where we went to Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena which I cannot recommend enough if you get the chance to add it onto your excursion. I was in regular communication with Alex throughout the whole process via email and phone and he was always incredibly helpful and polite. We were not experienced travellers and he always answered all of my queries in very good time. Bellarome managed everything from the air travel, airport transfers, hotels, tours, excursions and trains. I would also recommend booking the excursions with Bellarome if you can as all of the tours and the tour guides were amazing, their knowledge and general candour was exceptional. If we ever had any problem locating the tour guide it only took a quick phone call either to the tour company itselves or Bellarome. My phone was sadly stolen in Rome which is something I would be wary of but I was put at ease when I rang Alex in a bit of a panic who easily made sure all of my contact details were changed to my partners in case someone needed to get in touch with us. Our trip to Italy was something myself and my partner will remember as one of the best times of our lives. I honestly cannot put into words how absolutely incredible the whole holiday was from start to finish and cannot thank Alex and Bellarome enough for their impeccable organisational skills and amazing Italian knowledge. We booked a trip with Bellarome, but unfortunately due to COVID and cancelled international fights, we had to cancel. This company has professional and excellent in all of its communication in working out the best resolve for the unfortunate situation. I can’t recommend them enough. Travel companies are always great when things go right. But you find out what they are really made of when they don’t, and this company was the very best. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My wife and I have been having Mario plan and consult on our yearly trips to Italy for 5 years now and couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of our experience with him and Bellarome. There wasn’t a day that went by on our recent stay in Amalfi that one of us didn’t say “Thank God for Mario”. The beginning of your travel planning finds him attentive to what your needs and interests are, incredibly prompt in response to the smallest questions, ever the professional in every aspect, and gifted in putting together itineraries that exceed your expressed interests and open you to new experiencs. His responses to us have been so prompt that we have wondered if the man ever sleeps. On the rare occasion he isn’t personally available, every staff memeber axting in his stead have been equally professional. Once your trip begins he is available for any question, need or circumstance. This trip he soothed my wife when she lost me in a train station and somehow orchestrated the return of a lost camera. He has put us together with a group of drivers and guides that have never failed, always enrich, and have us asking for them on our return (Dino in Rome is always a transcendental experience!). Mario has an uncanny way of selecting hotels and locations to precisely meet your needs but also combines them beautifully to give you variety that matches the tempo of your overall stay. His choices and advice never disappoint. We cannot express nough superlatives about Bellarome, Mario and all his staff.

Choosing Bellarome Travel was the best decision I made for our first visit to Italy. Mario listened to what we wanted for our trip and planned the best anniversary trip for us. Even though Covid caused us to cancel the trip in February, Mario offered options to us so we just postponed the trip until October. We have just returned from Sicily and our adventure was perfect. I highly recommend Mario and his company, Bellarome Travel.

Super star vacation! Paris 3 nights, Positano 4 nights and Sicily 6 nights. We stayed in Syracuse and Taormina while in Sicily. Good hotels, all transport arranged and some really memorable local tours. Bellarome are the real deal for sure!

Top class vacation adventure with these guys! Very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Had to call a couple of times whilst in Italy and we got instant help. Loved their local guides, especially in Italy where they really helped make us feel at home in their hometowns! Great restaurant recommendations to help us avoid any tourist traps, well positioned accommodations and interesting drivers throughout, some serious, some fun, some informative! 🙂 All in all a top quality trip!
